Begin by checking if your device is connected to the internet. After that, refresh your wallet by dragging down your mobile screen (if you are on a mobile device), or refreshing your browser (if you are using a web browser).
If the problem persists, access your wallet using your desktop web browser and go to Settings > Wallet > Resync wallet.
If you have recently imported an existing wallet, it might take a few minutes for your wallet to sync.
